Al Shifa Ayurveda provides Ayurvedic and natural wellness treatments and consultations. Information on this Website is provided for general information only. Services are available only at our centre in Ajman unless we state otherwise.

• Appointments can be requested through the Website, by phone or WhatsApp on +971 65773481, or by email at info@alshifaayurveda.ae.
• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session or require rescheduling.
• We may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to practitioner unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In that case we will offer you another slot or a refund of any amount paid in advance.

• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so that we can offer the slot to other clients.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for all or part of the booked service, at our discretion.
• Fees for treatments already received are non-refundable.
• Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, packages and offers may change without notice, but confirmed bookings keep the price agreed at booking.
• Payment is due at the time and by the methods communicated to you by our team.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information when booking or contacting us;
• use the Website only for lawful purposes;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, interfere with its operation, or introduce harmful code;
• behave respectfully toward our staff and other clients. We may refuse or end service to anyone who behaves abusively or inappropriately.

All content on the Website, including text, logos, images, graphics and design, belongs to Al Shifa Natural Treatment Centre LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

The Website may link to third-party websites or services (for example WhatsApp, Google Maps or social media). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
